Soccer Challenge 1.0

Almost being kicked out from this beautiful country, and i´m still here giving some battle!
But before my immigration fellas kick my catalan ass from the country, I have something to say...

As a big soccer fan, having the world cup pretty close, and as a personal trainer, I'm always chasing challenges and trying to improve myself a bit. I come with this fun and interesting challenge to prove myself, and from there try to apply this to my beloved clients!

The challenge consists in modify my weekly training to a adapted soccer training. We have to have in consideration the following factors.

-1- I play in a soccer team that involves: 1 team training session (Wednesday´s) 
                                                              1 Soccer game a week 

-2- the training sessions had to have a logical behind them, is no point to say, "today I did 50 squats and I kick the ball 1000 times"

-3- Every 2 weeks I have to test myself and see if we can appreciate some results. That is a massive point for any kind of challenge that anybody want to do. Evaluation and progression is the key. So in total it will be 3 tests. 

-4- Food support. Eat fast food it´s not going to make me any faster or agile. 

-5- Do a full recompilation of training sessions, food log, and others

What's the goal in this?

- Have some fun changing and creating my own training sessions 
- Learn how to evaluate fitness progressions and keeping tracking about sessions.
- Improve my soccer skills
- Become a better trainer : ) 

Today is the 11 of June, and we will start with the first tests and training. I will try to update every day that 
I'm doing a session.
