My first reaction was "oh!, cool! he is a monkey men!" and of course it got my attention, because let's face it! I'm a monkey men too!!!!
It was a sentence in this article that definetly pick my curiosity, and raised to a need of knew more about them.
"we spend all day working and using machines, why I want to go and train sitting down on a machine?"
Big true.
From there, I went to they're web site, www.movnat.com, and I start to read about them, and I end up buying a online coaching pack for 1 month (90 aus Dollars) Quite fair if you want to ask me. Before I spend my next lines talking about the workout, let me tell you about the service.
After 2 days of waiting, they assign me a coach. He will send me the programs, and evaluate my progression. Those are the steps that they make you follow:
1- Pre-screening questionaire: Injuries, Lifestyle, Fitness levels and equipment that I have. GREAT!
2- Email from your coach, giving you some information about how he will be structuring your workout plan.
3- Without delay, he send a Full week of workouts. If you say that you can train 3 times he send you 3 days, in my case, I got 5 workouts per week. With the workouts, explanation about the workouts itself.
4- Also you can do a Skype interview for review some ideas or questions. Apart they ask you that if you can send them some videos of you performing the exercises so they can check your form.
Really profesionals. I never got the feeling that they where letting me down. Also in movnat youtube channel, we can see all the exercises from different angles, and it is really easy to follow.
About the programs, well, what i'm going to say. I just finish the 4th week of training (a shoulder injury took me away from the workouts for a long week and 1/2) but now that I finish all of them, oh boy!
This was without doubt a great buy!
I'm totally engaged with this re-evolution of training. Right now, it has become a normal way of training for me, and I'm going FOR SURE to buy the advance package of 3-6months. The truth is that with a good mix in between strength training and natural movement, I'm achieveng new goals every day.
My general fitness has improve a lot since I start.

As a quick result, I'm becoming more fast, agil and flexible, and my body is getting back some movement patterns that I havn't done since I was a child!
At the end, the key words on this workouts are: Crawl, run, jump, climb, move!
Definetly if your passion is called fitness, and you're willing to get more knowledge, joint to this "school". You will learn about yourself much more than doing a pump class. Trust me.
Every client that I show him/her a session, they ask me straight away when we can do the next one!
